Terms of Use
Last updated: 27 August 2026
About these terms
These terms explain the purpose of www.gamzeerzin.nl, the limits of the information published here and the conditions that apply when you browse or use the website. If you do not wish to use the website on this basis, please discontinue use of it.
What this website is for
The website provides information about my independent practice and about counselling. Visiting the website, submitting a form or sending an email is only a request for information or contact. It does not, by itself, create a client-practitioner relationship or an agreement to provide services.
A service relationship begins only after we have both agreed to work together and any necessary intake, practical arrangements and consent steps have been completed.
How to use the information on this site
Material on this website is provided for general information. It is not a personal assessment and should not be treated as medical, psychiatric, psychological or legal advice. Website content cannot replace an individual evaluation, diagnosis or treatment by an appropriately qualified professional when such care is needed.
I aim to keep the website useful and reasonably current, but information may become incomplete or outdated. Decisions about your own circumstances should therefore not be based solely on general website content.
Website availability and responsibility
I do not guarantee that every page or function will always be available, uninterrupted or free from technical errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, I am not responsible for loss arising solely from temporary website unavailability or from treating general website information as personalised professional advice.
Urgent help is not provided through this website
The website and its contact options are not emergency or crisis services. If there is an immediate risk to your safety or someone else's safety, or if urgent medical or psychological assistance is needed, contact 112 without delay. You can also contact your huisarts, the relevant emergency service or your regional mental-health crisis service. In the Netherlands, 113 Suicide Prevention can provide crisis support; international crisis resources are available through Befrienders Worldwide (befrienders.org).
Concerns about a service
If you are dissatisfied with a service I have provided, I encourage you to contact me first so that the concern can be discussed directly. If an independent complaints or dispute procedure applies to the particular service you receive, the relevant information and route for using that procedure will be provided separately.
Use of website materials
Unless a page states otherwise, the written content, original materials and images on this website belong to me or are used with permission. They may not be copied, republished, distributed or presented as your own without prior written permission, except where applicable law allows such use.
Links to other websites
For convenience, this website may refer or link to resources operated by other organisations. Those websites are managed independently. I do not control their content, availability, security or privacy practices, and their own terms and policies apply when you use them.
Changes to the website or these terms
The website and these Terms of Use may be revised from time to time, for example when services, technical arrangements or legal requirements change. The version published on this page, together with its stated revision date, is the current version.
Applicable law
These Terms of Use are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute connected specifically with use of this website will be dealt with by the competent Dutch court, unless mandatory law requires a different forum or procedure.
