Explanation of the Help Strategy
What to Expect?
A counseling process typically begins with an initial counseling session
where we discuss your situation, the reasons that brought you to counseling
, and the issues you hope to work on. Based on this, we agree on a
focus and approach together. Sessions are usually held weekly or
bi-weekly, and we review progress together at regular intervals to
see what is working and make adjustments as needed.
The length of the process varies from person to person.
How long the process will take and its stages will be discussed
during the counseling session.
Fees / Tarieven (incl. VAT)
Couples counselling session (60 minutes): €200
Individual counselling session (60 minutes): €150
Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up
to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made less
than 24 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments,
may be charged in full.
Payment
Payment is made by invoice following the session, unless otherwise agreed.
Ethical and Professional Standards
As an independent counsellor based in the Netherlands,
I am committed to providing professional, careful and transparent
psychosocial counselling.
My practice is affiliated with the Wkkgz complaints procedure
provided by SoloPartners. If you have any concerns or are dissatisfied
with my services,
I encourage you to discuss this with me first so that we can work together
towards an appropriate solution.
If we are unable to resolve the matter together, you may contact an
independent complaints officer free of charge. An unresolved dispute may
subsequently be submitted to the recognised disputes committee GIDZ.
A Turkish translation of this document is available upon request.
